| This was by far the best sofa sectional I saw in picture only. We hunted for a leather sectional at the local furniture stores and was not impressed. Finally after looking on the internet we found Leather Furniture Expo. I was suprised at the number of colors I had to choose from. 6 weeks later, The night before it arrived I noticed my old sofa made of plywood and pine and padded and covered using staples as we took it out of the living room and moved it in the garage. When we received the leather sectional the next day. It was wrapped in padded card board and covered with plastic then a thick outer card board box surrounded it. It was very well wrapped. When we took it out of the box I was impressed with the hard wood and the springs and at how well made the sofa was. | Well I am going to be very honest in an attempt to assist a potential buyer.
I researched this website for a month or so before deciding to make a purchase.
We moved into a new home and I wanted a nice piece for the family room. I searched locally and couldn't find anything that I really liked that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I read many reviews from previous posters - most were good only a few were not. Let me first tell you that I was very skeptical and hesitant about placing an order for such a costly item on-line.
My research consisted of downloading and printing all of the reviews. Then I sorted them by those that provided contact information/email addresses for the buyers. I then highlighted and sent 1 large group email to those who provided contact information.
In my message to them I inquired about 3 things: the type/name of the furniture purchased, how long they have had it, and finally, any specific problems or concerns. I emailed about 25-30 people and believe it or not, I started receiving responses the following day.
The results, almost all of the customers emailed had something positive to say. I was amazed. So based on this information, I took a huge step and placed an order for large sectional.
I had a few shipping issues which from my understanding, occurred with the White Glove company. I am not going to lie; this issue was a huge problem and delayed my order. To make a long story short, after many phone calls and persistence, I finally received my furniture roughly 2 weeks later than promised.
However, with all the confusion, miscommunications, etc., it was well worth the wait.
The color matched the sample swatch I received perfectly. I thought the sectional would be too large for my family room; however, it fits in the room perfectly with room to spare.
My family and friends occasionally stop by and the first thing they ask is where I bought the sectional.
My sister purchased a sectional from a local furniture store and after sitting on mine she commented that my set feels much better and the cushions are firm unlike her set that seems too soft after only a few months.
So Leather Furniture Expo, despite the shipping problems, unexpected delays and many phone calls, I will have to say you've earned a thumbs up and I'm looking forward to my second purchase.

When I found your website I was impressed in the variety of styles, leather choices and sizes. I ordered the 80" Austin apartment sofa. I spent hours looking at the pictures going back and forth between which one I wanted to order. I finally decided on the Austin because of size. I was really apprehensive after ordering it because the pictures didn't really give me a good idea of what it looked like. Well now that it is sitting in my family room...just wanted to say thanks for a beautiful sofa. The shipping and packing was flawless..and considering it had to go from west coast to east coast...it arrived promptly. We were absolutely shocked when the phone rang at 7:30 this morning to have the truck driver say that he was delivering our furniture today. It is even more beautiful than what we saw online! Yeah....I just gotta tell you this was the best internet buying experience I have ever encountered. I was really skeptical regarding the quality of the Montego furniture I ordered (and if you remember....I had many questions). After the delivery..... I was extremely impressed with the quality of the furniture and shipping experience. I absolutely would advise folks looking for leather furniture to talk to you guys. | Until you interact with this company, you may think the testimonials are overdone. After searching locally and on the internet, we found them to be the best option. Lou and Tom of Leather Furniture Expo answered all our questions immediately and professionaly. They never tried to sell us furniture, only to help us after we made a selection. We were really impressed with Leather Furniture Expo, but when the set arrived, we are even more impressed; the furniture is beautiful, of excellent quality, and well worth the price. After working with them, we had high expections, the furniture was the icing on the cake. They really are an excellent company. We only had one problem and they handled it like professionals.
